What's Hikidas Kids Snowboard Academy?

While playing in the special area and special items, your child will be able to naturally acquire the skills and imagination necessary for snowboarding, as well as develop an interest in snowboarding Kids specialty snowboard school.

● This course is open to children from the age of 3 to the 6th grade of elementary school.
● You can also entrust it to us for whole day!

※Due to the high frequency of items being lost, please be sure to name label each and every item of your child's belongings.

We highly recommend tags with colors or special features that are easy for children to recognize!

Snowboard	You can borrow in our school.（reservation） First,you should come our recepcion before you go to rental shop.
Boots	You can borrow in our school.（reservation） First,you should come our recepcion before you go to rental shop.
Wear	You can borrow in our school.（reservation） First,you should come our recepcion before you go to rental shop.
Helmet	※Wearing a helmet is mandatory. You can borrow in our school.（reservation） First,you should come our recepcion before you go to rental shop.
Goggles, Gloves, Binie	There are no rentals available, so please be prepared. They are also sold at ski resort shops.
Replacement pants or disposable diapers, Gloves, Socks	If it gets wet,your child is more likely to catch a cold. We recommend bringing another set of clothes to change into. If your child has concerns about using the toilet, please be sure to bring a change of pants or disposable diapers.
Underwear top and bottom	It's cold at the ski resort, but the kids move around and sweat a lot. We recommend underwear that dries quickly.
Drink	For hydration. Juice is more thirsty; water or sports drinks are recommended.
Hair tie	To keep your child focused. Disposable items are fine.

Precautions

Please read the following information carefully before applying for lessons.
(By signing up for a lesson, you are agreeing to and accepting these terms and conditions.)
On the day of the lesson, you will be asked to sign in at the reception desk.

【 Contents of consent 】

●Lessons will be held in a dedicated lesson area, so ski-lifts will not be used.
●In the case of group lessons, we may not be able to fully meet the needs of all students.
●Please refrain from allowing anyone other than students into the lesson area, as this may hinder your child's progress. Also, please refrain from accompanying students to lessons.
●During lessons, there is a possibility that clothing and tools may become dirty or damaged.

●To ensure the safety of children, it is mandatory to wear a helmet during lessons.
●Ski-lifts and gondolas may be used during lessons. Please note that in that case, your child will have to get on by themselves.
●During the lesson, children will be responsible for dressing themselves, preparing equipment, and cleaning up.
●Children are responsible for managing the set of tools they use.

●Please make sure to attach a non-removable name tag to each of your child's belongings. The school will not be responsible for lost or mixed-up belongings.
●If your child has signed up for a lesson with lunch and has a food allergy, please be sure to inform a staff member in advance.
●If you do not eat lunch in the room and take your lunch out, please eat it by 2:00 p.m. on the day of class. The school will not be held responsible for taking lunch outside the Hikidasu Kids Room.
●Lessons may be canceled or suspended without notice if the weather is deemed dangerous or due to the student's condition (physical or mental health etc). Please note that refunds will not be given in such cases.

● Tuition fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
● Although we take safety into consideration, we recommend that you take out your own insurance to cover injury (such as personal injury insurance) in case of an unforeseen accident.
● Photos and videos taken during lessons may be used for publicity purposes in advertising and various media without permission. If you refuse use, please be sure to let us know before the lesson.

●I understand that touching my child during lessons to help them get ready, correct their posture, relieve themselves, or for other purposes is not abuse or harassment.
●I promise to abide by all regulations and instructions established by the organizers and not to violate them. In the unlikely event that I violate the rules and suffer any disadvantage, I understand that I will handle the matter at my own risk, without holding the school organizers and related parties responsible in any way.
●I will participate in the lesson in good health, and I understand that in the unlikely event of an accident or injury, I will handle the matter at my own risk, without holding the school organizers and related parties responsible in any way.

●I understand that if any damage is caused to a third party within the facility or premises where the lesson is held, the parent/guardian will be responsible for compensating for such damage, regardless of whether it was intentional or negligent.
●I understand that I will be participating only after taking out insurance to cover all possible risks.
●The organizers own the rights to use any photographs and videos taken during the lesson, and I agree that my personal information/personal data may be provided to third parties without permission in various printed materials and media for the purpose of public relations by the organizers.
